Nothing's Stopping Him Now

In the Meet Our Rescues website post from July 7,2025, we told you about Ying and Yang. Sadly, Ying lived for only 4 weeks after we got her. Today Yang is alive and being as normal a cat as he can be in spite of not having the use of his back legs.

He started using a drag bag attached to a specially made skateboard, instead of his wheelchair, five months ago. It didn't take him long to figure out how to get to where he wanted to go. However, sometimes he does get stuck in tight spots. We line the inside of the drag bag with cut up pee pads because of his incontinence.

The easy to clean drag bag and skateboard work on all types of floors including carpeting. For safety reasons, it is best that they are used in a home without stairs.
