ARE YOU TRULY PREPARED FOR THE NEXT DISASTER

Rescuing orphaned and special needs kittens and puppies who require foster care due to illness or injuries.

Our Furry Kids Are Counting on Us to Be Prepared

For many, pets are considered a member of the family.  The animals that don't live in people's homes are still valued by their owners too.  That is why, including all animals in your disaster planning is important.  SNUGGLE Pet Rescue has provided helpful, lifesaving information below on how to safely evacuate and care for your animals during disasters.

DO NOT LEAVE ANIMAL BEHIND WHEN EVACUATING!
Animals do not have the ability to open doors, window or gates to escape danger.  They depend on people to do this for them.  Don't let them down.  Be sure to get them to safety.  IF, you absolutely cannot take your animals with you when you evacuate, DO NOT LEAVE THEM CONFINDED.  Let them lose and give them a fighting chance of surviving.

FOR NON-EMERGENCIES ONLY!
We Do Not Have a Shelter
All the kittens and puppies SNUGGLE Pet Rescue receives are placed in Foster Homes with our trained Volunteers.  We then network
with thoroughly screened local animal
rescue organizations to find forever homes
when the kittens and puppies are healthy
and old enough to adopt.
